  • 4 tbsp tamari
  • 2 inch of ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 small cloves of garlic or one large – finely grated
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup


  1. Place everything into a jam jar and shake really well. Can add chilli flakes or fresh chilli to add some spice
