Pop Brixton will be throwing it back to 1970’s New York this New Year’s Eve with a night of disco, debauchery and golden glamour. Teaming up with set designer and immersive theatre guru Hebe George (Offset Studios, ex-Punchdrunk) throughout December, Ceviche Old St will be transformed into an exotic hub of Polynesian flowers, stone face sculptures and colourful tropical plants, to pay homage to Peru’s diverse, artistic Exotica movement of the 50s. The menu will feature a whole host of Ceviche classics including Lomo Saltado and Seabass Jalea steamed buns as well as a few new festive additions – think Espadazo, chilli cured swordfish; lamb rump with carapulcra potatoes and black quinoa sauce; the signature Don Ceviche and Christmas-themed pisco cocktails.
